The 2026 Evangeline Region Agricultural Exhibition and Acadian Festival will feature two evenings of Acadian music and dancing at the Evangeline Recreation Centre in Abram-Village in September.
On September 5, beginning at 9:30 pm, the Festival will welcome the return of the Acadian group Beauxmont for the Évangéline and Gabriel Dance.
Beauxmont breathes new life into traditional Acadian music while remaining true to its roots. The band blends traditional Acadian music with Louisiana influences. Featuring New Brunswick musicians Justin Doucet (fiddle), Jesse Mea (accordion), Chris Cormier (drums), Patrick Dugas (guitar), Johnathan Mpunge (bass), and Félix Belliveau (vocals), Beauxmont is establishing itself as one of the leading new voices in Acadian music, thanks in part to the success of its latest album, Volume 2.
Dance is adult-only, with licensed bar service available. Tickets are available at the door or online with a weekend pass.
