Hot on the heels of the her book Beach Day on the Island, Suzanne Sinclair Books has published the second children’s book in The Little Island Days series: Rainy Day on the Island by PEI author Suzanne Scott.
The book follows the same lovable animals as well as a few new ones, as they figure out all the fun things they can do on a rainy day, like having a tea party or two.
Suited for ages 0–5 and set in downtown Charlottetown, PEI, where the author was born and raised, this children’s board book is an ode to her beloved hometown. It is illustrated locally by Josiane Vlitos.
