Annie’s Pace Global Adventure

The 8th annual Annie’s Pace Global Adventure (APGA), a four-day walking event in support of heart health awareness and research, will take place across PEI from May 22–25. Organized by Annie Smith, the event invites participants to commit to one hour of daily exercise or join guided walks at designated locations. Walks will take place at the Devil’s Punch Bowl Trailhead (Princetown Rd, off DPB Rd) on May 22 from 6–7:30 pm; Bonshaw Hills Provincial Park (17530 Trans-Canada Hwy parking lot) on May 23 from 9–11 am; the Breadalbane Hiking Trail (Hilltop Rd and Hwy 231) on May 24 from 9–11 am; and the North Rustico Boardwalk (289 Harbour View Rd) on May 25 from 6–7:30 pm. Participants are encouraged to wear red for heart health. The event supports UHN Canada’s hospital initiatives.
