The Humanoid Movement, comprised of PEI hip hop artists Bill Dozer and Norm Strangely, have released a new music video for their song “Make Your Fate.” It is available on YouTube @humanoidmovement. The video features the duo as stick figures rapping about creating your own destiny. The beat was produced by Practical Academics member Rob Banks and features a Fats Weller sample.

The video release supports the duo’s upcoming album, The Brain Busters, set for release on August 6.

The Humanoid Movement will celebrate the occasion with an album release party on August 6 at Baba’s Lounge in Charlottetown. The night will be packed with hip hop entertainment, with Hamilton’s Dee Saint spinning for the event and performing a rap set. The lineup also features Nova Scotia artist T3killah and local rappers K-Flow, LizLeo, Adjust the Facts, A.S.O.G, 2020 Vision, Adam Robbins, L.I.E.S. Stanley, and Jay Diss.
