The annual Canoe Cove Strawberry Social will be held on August 5 from 6–8 pm at the Canoe Cove School. Everyone is invited to gather with friends and neighbours and enjoy Island strawberries served with ice cream, biscuits, and a beverage. Homemade baked goods will also be for sale. Proceeds will go to the Raise the Roof Fund for replacing the roof of the historic Canoe Cove School building.
