
Bedeque Museum History Talk: “Summer Tourism and Cottage Life Around Bedeque Bay from 1900 Onwards”
The Bedeque Area Historical Museum will host eight talks on Mondays at 7 pm this summer at the William Callbeck Centre.
The July 20 history circle will explore “Summer Tourism and Cottage Life Around Bedeque Bay from 1900 Onwards.”
On July 27, UPEI professor emeritus Dr. Edward MacDonald will present “Injustice and Deception: The Loyalists and the Land Question on Prince Edward Island.”
The August 3 talk, “Elaine Harrison, Teacher, Artist, Poet, Campaigner,” will be presented by Dr. Doug Sobey, president of the Bedeque Area Historical Society.
