Claddagh Oyster House’ Chef Mitchell Jackson is the winner of the 2019 Winterdine’s People’s Choice Menu Award.
Mitchell received his award from Downtown Charlottetown Inc. Executive Director Dawn Alan. Chef Mitchell graduated from the culinary program at Holland College in Charlottetown in 2005. Since graduating he has worked at the Merchantman Pub in Charlottetown, Dalvay-by-the-Sea and the Whalesbone Oyster House in Ottawa before he was hired as the Executive Chef for the Claddagh Oyster House and the Olde Dublin Pub.
Located in the same building as the Olde Dublin Pub, Claddagh Oyster House showcases premium PEI Beef, seafood, chicken, pasta dishes and an extensive wine list.
