Courtney Hogan-Chandler

Courtney Hogan-Chandler took up classical violin and orchestra at age 11, but her real passion was with old-fashioned fiddle tunes. She quickly started learning Celtic and traditional tunes on the fiddle and taking step dancing lessons. Known as PEI’s “Red Headed Fiddler,” Courtney started hosting her own ceilidhs which ran for over 15 years. She has four Music PEI Award nominated albums, created her own ceilidh cookbook, and continues to entertain audiences with her jigs, reels and beautiful slow airs.
