Workshop: From Partners to Parents

Family Service PEI is launching From Partners to Parents, a workshop series supporting couples through the transition into parenthood, including through adoption or fostering. It will be offered monthly, with virtual and in-person options. The upcoming virtual workshop dates are June 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 6–9 pm. Based on research from the Gottman Institute, this evidence-based program helps couples strengthen their relationship, improve communication and navigate conflict, build healthy co-parenting skills, better understand child development, and nurture positive parent-infant relationships during a life transition that can be both joyful and stressful.
