The City of Charlottetown is hosting a series of free, family-friendly eco activities in Victoria Park this summer. The nature education programs are an opportunity for residents to get outside and get active. Programs include: Guided Nature Walks, a 30-minute lunchtime nature walk on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June and July from 12:15–12:45 pm; a Self-Guided Nature Walk, explore the arboretum and native plant garden tour at any time; Eco Activities for Kids, pick up kid-friendly eco activity supplies at the Clubhouse from Monday–Friday, June–August, 8 am–3:15 pm; and Group Nature Programs, sign up for staff-led group programs on wildlife and plants for youth and children on Mondays and Wednesdays from June-August (registration is required by email to childreninnature@charlottetown.ca).
