Arts education at Confederation Centre

The Confederation Centre of the Arts is offering a myriad of arts education programs in the Michael S. Schurman Family Studio this spring. A PD Day Arts Camp takes place on April 10 at 9 am, with a full day of hands-on arts activities for young participants exploring a variety of creative disciplines. Exploring Visual Arts is an eight-week Saturday morning class taking place from April 11–May 30, exploring the elements of art through a series of drawing, painting, and sculpting activities for young artists aged 6–8 (9 am) and aged 9–12 (11 am). Another PD Day Visual Arts Camp takes place on May 1 at 9 am. An ongoing, weekly session for adults to experiment with drawing, painting, and sculpture while developing artistic skills and confidence will run through May 7.
