Haunted Georgetown Walks offer a unique evening of local history, folklore, and storytelling this summer, beginning July 14.
Blending Georgetown’s rich heritage with some of its most enduring mysteries, this guided walking tour explores the people, places, and legends that have shaped the community over the years. Participants will discover historic landmarks, hear fascinating stories from the town’s past, and gain a new appreciation for one of PEI’s oldest communities.
No ghost tour of Georgetown would be complete without a visit from Captain George, the friendly spirit said to reside at Kings Playhouse. For decades, staff, performers, and visitors have shared stories of unexplained happenings within the historic theatre, making Captain George one of Georgetown’s most famous local legends.
