DESCRIPTION:The Silly Goose Children’s Festival\, produced by Becca Gr
 iffin and Wanda Naylor\, will be presented at Beaconsfield Carriage Hous
 e in Charlottetown over nine days in August. The festival will feature s
 tories\, music\, dancing\, and fun for children and their families.\n\n\
 n\nThe Catching Fish Puppet Show &amp\; Singalong\, written and directed
  by Becca Griffin with Lucy Farrell leading the singalong\, will be pres
 ented at 12 noon on August 11–12 and 18–19.\n\n\n\nTunes and Tall Ta
 les will perform Teddy Bear’s Picnic on August 13 at 12 noon.\n\n\n\nT
 he Princess and the Pea will be performed on August 14 and 20 at 11 am a
 nd 12:30 pm\, and on August 21 at 12 noon. The play was written by Rebec
 ca L. Byars and Lane Riosley and directed by Becca Griffin.\n\n\n\nThe M
 adame Abbey &amp\; Friends Children’s Show on August 17 at 10 am will 
 feature high-energy\, bilingual\, live family entertainment.\n\n\n\nThe 
 festival will also feature the Family Folk Dance for Fun workshop with W
 anda Naylor. No experience is required.\n\n\n\nAdmission to most events 
 will be available by cash only at the door\, with free admission for chi
 ldren under age three. Admission to Catching Fish only will be pay-what-
 you-can at the door.
