DESCRIPTION:For more than three decades\, PEI fiddler Richard Wood has p
 erformed Celtic music on stages across Canada and internationally. This 
 August\, the five-time ECMA winner returns to where so much of his journ
 ey began\, presenting a limited\, retrospective performance\, Richard Wo
 od: Fire Dance – Through The Years\, at Harbourfront Theatre in Summer
 side. The special event\, taking place on August 7 at 7:30 pm\, is a cor
 nerstone of Harbourfront’s 30th-anniversary season.\n\n\n\nFire Dance 
 – Through The Years is a multimedia memoir that combines live performa
 nce with archival footage spanning Wood’s career. The concert features
  many of the jigs\, reels\, and slow airs he has performed throughout hi
 s career\, interwoven with personal\, behind-the-scenes stories about hi
 s experiences as a musician.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nWood began winning step-danci
 ng and fiddling championships as a child and has since shared tour buses
  Shania Twain\, The Chieftains\, and The Rankin Family. He has performed
  for British royalty\, including Princess Diana and King Charles III\, a
 s well as for Canadian Armed Forces personnel in the North Pole\, Bosnia
 \, and Afghanistan. Wood was named by Maclean’s magazine as one of the
