SUMMARY:Morell Concert Series: Arlene Van Diepen and Revival
DESCRIPTION:The community of Morell is continuing a new tradition as the
  Morell Concert Series returns for a third year\, hosting free concerts 
 throughout the summer.\n\n\n\nFunded in part by the Government of Canada
 ’s New Horizons for Seniors Program and supported by the dedicated wor
 k of volunteers\, the Morell &amp\; Area Development Corporation has bee
 n able to grow the series and provide a venue to showcase local artists.
 &nbsp\;\n\n\n\nBoth established musicians and new talent will be feature
 d at Peter Gordon Memorial United (14 Church St) every Thursday night fr
 om July 9 through September 3. The series offers residents of Morell and
  surrounding communities an opportunity to celebrate the songs and voice
 s of Prince Edward Island alongside neighbours and visitors to the area.
 &nbsp\;\n\n\n\nIn August\, performers are Arlene Van Diepen and Revival 
 on August 20\, and The Fraggle Rockers on August 27. The final concert o
 n September 3 will feature Jacinta MacDonald.\n\n\n\nPerformances run fr
 om 6:30–8:30 pm. All ages are welcome\, and light refreshments will be
  provided.
