 pm.\n\n\n\nWells wrote How to Live with Dread shortly after losing her b
 rother Ker. She grapples in this work with how to find the way forward i
 n life and in her work without him — so close was their connection as 
 siblings and collaborators. The piece shines a gentle light on grief and
  one’s identity within\, and after\, loss.\n\n\n\nJane describes How t
 o Live with Dread as “a show about family\, about death\, and about th
 e work of creation… But in a fun way.”\n\n\n\nJane Wells grew up in 
 Cascumpeque\, PEI\, but has spent the past 20 years in Toronto working a
 s a writer\, actor and director. Since 2017\, she has been leading drama
  workshops for children with The River Clyde Pageant in New Glasgow of w
 hich she is the co-director. These sessions serve as a springboard for c
 hildren to join the Pageant as performers\; over the past three years\, 
 workshops have helped forge a youth ensemble with a powerful creative vo
 ice.
