The Dan O’Hanley Memorial Lecture presents guest speaker Rosanna Esteneslao Germán at the Charlottetown Library Auditorium on August 30 at 2 pm. Rosanna will discuss her new book, Así Fueron Las Cosas, which recounts her experiences growing up as a woman in the rural Dominican Republic. Rosanna will also give a public talk followed by a question-and-answer session. Copies of her book will be available in English and in Spanish. This event is hosted by the Latin American Mission Program. Everyone is welcome.
