Youth Community Day

Hosted in collaboration between the Young Millionaires Program (YMP) and local youth-centric organizations and programs, the third annual Youth Community Day takes place at New London Community Complex on August 16 from 11 am–3 pm. The event showcases what PEI offers families and youth so that they can thrive.

Featuring up to 50 youth vendors from the Young Millionaires Program, face painting, inflatables, local non-profits and organizations such as STEAM PEI, a scavenger hunt, kids karaoke, door prizes and more, this annual event is fun for the whole family. Come ask youth vendors questions, and get inspired.

YMP is a free long-running youth entrepreneurship program exclusive to PEI that offers youth the opportunity to learn and earn over the summer by starting their own businesses, thanks to micro grants of up to $200 issued from the program.
