The Wizard of Oz

Charlottetown Rural High School presents The Wizard of Oz in the Sobey Family Theatre at Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown next month. Performances run from May 14–16 at 7:30 pm.

Written by L. Frank Baum, this family musical is based on the classic motion picture. The production was adapted by John Kane for the Royal Shakespeare Company, with music and lyrics by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg.

The Wizard of Oz is presented through special arrangement with Concord Theatricals, which supplied the performance materials.
