Proportional Representation on PEI Workshop

Islanders for Proportional Representation is offering a free workshop titled “Looking Back & Moving Forward: Proportional Representation on PEI” in the Rotary auditorium at the Charlottetown Library on June 13 from 10 am–12 noon.

The event will explain how proportional representation functions and the long history of efforts toward electoral reform in PEI. Participants will engage in conversations on how a new voting system might increase democratic participation. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
