Morell Concert Series: Breanna MacAdam

The community of Morell is continuing a new tradition as the Morell Concert Series returns for a third year, hosting free concerts throughout the summer.

Funded in part by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program and supported by the dedicated work of volunteers, the Morell & Area Development Corporation has been able to grow the series and provide a venue to showcase local artists. 

Both established musicians and new talent will be featured at Peter Gordon Memorial United (14 Church St) every Thursday night from July 9 through September 3. The series offers residents of Morell and surrounding communities an opportunity to celebrate the songs and voices of Prince Edward Island alongside neighbours and visitors to the area. 

In August, performers are Breanna Macadam on August 13, Arlene Van Diepen and Revival on August 20, and The Fraggle Rockers on August 27. The final concert on September 3 will feature Jacinta MacDonald.

Performances run from 6:30–8:30 pm. All ages are welcome, and light refreshments will be provided.
