Ma grande foi de Dieu
Comedy Ma grande foi de Dieu will play at the Scott MacAulay Performing Arts Centre in Summerside on March 28–29 at 7:30 pm.
The story unfolds in a futuristic bar located in “Sin City,” the fictional capital of the country of Prince Edward Island. In this unusual establishment, God Himself runs the bar, angels serve drinks, and the Archangel Gabriel guards the door. But when a customer boldly claims he would make a better god, his wish is granted… What follows is a witty and imaginative theatrical journey exploring faith, pride, and the human condition.
The production stars Holly Perry, recently cast in the lead role of Anne and Gilbert this summer, portraying the character Angèle. Maurice “Moe” Hashie takes on the role of God Himself, while Jaden McInnis returns in the leading role of Michel.
They are joined by a talented ensemble of performers including Thomas Arsenault, Ciaràn McGuire, Billy MacLean, Renée Turner, Briley Cameron, Joceline Leblanc, and Lucie Doucette from Prince West, making her first appearance in a Renaiss-ARTS production.
