Great Enlightenment Buddhist Institute Society Monastery Tour

The Great Enlightenment Buddhist Institute Society (GEBIS) is offering weekly monastery tours from 2–4 pm on Sundays in May at 2741 Heatherdale Rd, Montague.

During the guided tour, monks will share their daily lives and routines, personal stories, as well as activities that give visitors firsthand experience of the things they learn and do. Visitors will also get the chance to step inside the heart of the monastery — the prayer hall — where the monks gather twice daily for their morning and evening prayers. The mode of the tour is interactive, and visitors will have opportunities to chat with the monks and ask questions.
