Free Try Karate Day with Aoife

A free Try Karate Day with Aoife will be held at Spring Park United on August 8 from 12–2 pm.

Kids aged 4 will have an introduction to movement, balance, coordination, listening skills, and confidence through age-appropriate karate activities at 12:15 pm, kids aged 5–8 will experience the fundamentals of karate through games, basic techniques, and confidence-building activities at 12:45 pm, and an inclusive para karate session designed to introduce individuals of all abilities to karate in a supportive, welcoming environment takes place at 1:15 pm.

This is an opportunity for children to meet instructors and have fun learning new skills, whether they are completely new to karate or simply want to experience one of the programs before registering for the fall.
