The festivities will take place from 3–6 pm at The Bog (Rochford Square) in Charlottetown. Activities will include a ceremonial raising of flags representing nations and cultures across the Black diaspora, music and cultural performances, cultural displays and exhibits, food and refreshments, and opportunities for community connection, reflection, and celebration.
