
Charlottetown’s Waste Reduction Week: Food Waste Reduction Workshop
Drop by the Tourism and Culinary Centre to learn simple, safe, and budget-friendly ways to extend the life of your food and cut waste at home from Chef Michael Bryanton on October 24 from 5–7 pm.
This live session covers planning, storage, and preservation methods from fridge and freezer hacks to quick pickles, dehydration basics, and safe canning principles to keep food fresh longer, use what you buy, and save money. This event is in collaboration with the Charlottetown Food Council Advisory Board.
