Beaconsfield Book Club: BIPOC Speculative Fiction Society

Join culture critic and diversity specialist Evelyn Bradley and writer and historical interpreter Caitlyn Paxson at the Beaconsfield Carriage House as they read and chat about three speculative historical fantasy books by Black authors, running from February to April. Each month the club will meet to discuss a different book. The next meeting is April 28 from 1–2:30 pm. The book that will be discussed is The Conductors by Nicole Glover. Admission is free or by donation and light refreshments will be served. Recommended for ages 18 and up. Books are available at The Bookmark. Book Club participants get a 15% discount. Copies are also available at the Charlottetown Library Learning Centre (ask at the front desk to reserve a copy).
