Morell Fall Fest

The Morell Fall Fest will take place at Morell Consolidated School on October 25 from 12–4 pm.

The Morell and Area Development Corporation (MADC), along with many community partners, are set to celebrate the end of the Harvest Season. Enjoy the fruits of the harvest with a market with vendors that offers agriculture, seafood, and craft products. Attendees can enjoy a taste of local mussels, oysters, baked potatoes, and corn on the cob. Music will be provided by local fiddlers and the Fraggle Rocker.

Also, a Pub will be held at the Holy Cow from 8–11 pm with Dwayne Doiron and Bill Myers. There is a small cover fee.

Community partners include the Morell Co-op who will celebrate National Co-op Week as part of Fall Fest. Other partners are the Morell Library, Holy Cow, Seafood Shack, Dreadnaught, PIE OH MY Takeout, Anderson Acres and Jeremy James. Food outlets in the area are offering a Fall Fest special that will promote local products. 

Entertainment for the youth includes face painting and pumpkin painting as well a scavenger hunt. There will also be an opportunity for a harvest photo shot. Morell Library will host Kids Story Time with therapy dog Hero followed by Hallowe’en dress up and craft time, prior to the opening of Fall Fest at the Morell Consolidated School.
