“Y laisse la radio on”

PEI Acadian garage rock band Aubin pi la S.C.B. recently released their third single, the gritty Acadian francobilly track “Y laisse la radio on,” now available on all digital platforms.
The song was recorded and mixed by Robbie Gallant at Rec Room Studio in Abram-Village, PEI, and produced by Robbie Gallant, with co-production by Shane Arsenault and Aubin pi la S.C.B.
The band—Riel Gallant, Shane Arsenault, Dawson Arsenault, and Robbie Gallant—continue to build a solid reputation with their high-energy shows and gritty Acadian rock sound. After playing major stages in 2025, including Canada Day with Blue Rodeo, Festival acadien de la région Évangéline, showcases at Francofête en Acadie (Onépascouchées) and Showcase PEI, as well as the Music PEI Awards where they won the Prix de l’Acadie Award, the band is gearing up for another big year.
With big riffs and their signature raw sound, “Y laisse la radio on” offers a preview of where the band is headed on their upcoming album, expected this summer.
