UPEI Medical Brigades Spring Craft Fair Fundraiser

The UPEI Medical Brigades are hosting their 3rd Annual Craft & Vendor Fair at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre, UPEI campus, on April 11 from 10 am–5 pm. There will be over 65 vendors showcasing their specialties.

The fundraiser is to help the Medical Chapter at UPEI empower global communities to meet their basic health and economic needs while fostering sustainable development.

In previous years, the club has travelled to Honduras, Guatemala, Ghana, and Panama to work alongside medical professionals, bringing healthcare to under-resourced communities. They successfully triaged and consulted with over 2000 patients. Throughout the school year, the Medical Chapter run several fundraisers, apply for scholarships through UPEI, and obtain sponsorships to support their initiatives.
