Luisa Güiza, a Colombian singer and songwriter raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and now based in PEI, has released her new single, “Hard Endings Only,” available now on all streaming platforms.

Güiza’s work moves across genres and influences, combining Latin folk performances, Latin pop-jazz with her band, and independent electronic music produced alongside her partner. Through this blend of acoustic and electronic worlds, she explores themes of identity, introspection, and contemporary culture.

“Hard Endings Only” is an electronic R&B track driven by reflective, thought-provoking lyrics. The song offers social commentary on fame and the irony behind the pursuit of “shallow” goals. At the same time, it becomes a moment of self-criticism and introspection, questioning personal values and highlighting the contrast between global tragedies and the often self-absorbed ambitions within artistic circles.
