The Spring Fling Gala Dinner & Silent Auction
The Spring Fling, a dinner party with a silent auction hosted by St. Paul’s in the Georgian Room at the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel, will be held on April 23.
The decor will radiate springtime, the hotel’s chef will prepare the evening’s menu, and music will be provided by pianist Dean Perry. The principal attraction will be a silent auction featuring an array of high-value opportunities—including a Henry Purdy painting, an hour of acupuncture, professional heat-pump cleaning, and a new heat pump.
The Spring Fling is in part a tribute to Archdeacon John Clarke, the rector of St. Paul’s, who is retiring after serving St. Paul’s for 22 years. To mark the milestone, John says the celebration should be “an opportunity to gather and joyfully raise funds for…St. Paul’s Church as an active contributor to the community of downtown Charlottetown.”
Doors open at 6:30 pm. Tickets are available online at eventbrite.ca/e/spring-fling-dinner, or by calling the church office at 902-892-1691.
