Georges Arsenault Book Launch

Historian Georges Arsenault will present his new book, The Acadians of Prince Edward Island: Images From the Past, at the Centre acadien de Prince-Ouest in Deblois on November 6 at 2 pm. 

This bilingual book, published by Acorn Press, includes more than 155 beautiful photos that offer a fascinating portrait of life in the Acadian villages of the Island in bygone days. About 30 of the photos were taken in West Prince. In his illustrated presentation, Georges will share stories about the photographs he chose to include in his book. 

This new book and several other publications by the author will be available for purchase.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
