Roving Picture Shows: Fear and Desire Screening

In addition to the films it is co-presenting at the Tivoli and City Cinema in Charlottetown, Roving Picture Shows is offering a series of screenings at the York Point Community Centre throughout July. The lineup includes: His Girl Friday on July 7; Cyrano de Bergerac on July 10; La Strada and the original The Little Shop of Horrors on July 12; The Cocoanuts on July 15; The Blue Angel on July 17; A Summer’s Tale and At Midnight I’ll Take Your Soul on July 19; House by the River on July 20; Fear and Desire on July 21; an evening with Sherlock Holmes featuring three films starring Basil Rathbone on July 23; The Seventh Seal and Scarlet Street on July 25; and A Woman’s Life on July 28.
