Halftone & Haven Watercolour Painting for Teens

Youth aged 13+ are invited to join the teen organization Halftone & Haven at the Charlottetown Library for a watercolour paint session on November 23 at 2 pm.

Student painters will help guide participants to create art that will be collected and used to raise money for local shelters. Registration is required. Materials are provided by Halftone & Haven.
