Jon Dore Stand Up Comedy with Guest Shawn Hogan
Canadian stand-up comedian Jon Dore takes the stage at the Red Shores Charlottetown on May 30 at 8 pm. Island comedian Shawn Hogan will open the show.
Winner of the 2023 JUNO Award for Best Comedy Album and named one of “10 comics to watch” by Variety Magazine, Dore is renowned for his offbeat humour and unique bait-and-switch style.
He is a favourite on the comedy club and festival circuit—appearing on Just for Laughs, Comedy Central, Conan, Baroness Von Sketch Show, @Midnight, Inside Amy Schumer, Hart of Dixie, a guest starring role on How I Met Your Mother, and more.
Shawn Hogan has produced and starred in hundreds of comedy shows throughout the East Coast and beyond. He has made national television appearances as part of the Halifax Comedy Festival and has been featured on CBC Radio’s Laugh Out Loud and on Sirius XM’s JFL Originals.
